Shipping Policy
At AETHER, we believe the journey of an anchor is as important as its destination. Every piece is handled with intention, ensuring its frequency remains clear and aligned before it reaches your hands.
1. Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)
Currently, AETHER only provides shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest level of service and care for our local community.
2. Processing Time (The Cleansing Ritual)
Every order at AETHER is a ritual. To ensure your crystals are properly cleansed, aligned, and securely packaged, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your anchor begins its journey, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aether is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: As we only ship within the U.S., this primarily applies to specific state tax regulations.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Aether is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care deeply about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours at hello@aetherwhisper.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
