AETHER currently ships to customers in the United States. This Return & Refund Policy explains whether returns are accepted, how to contact us about an order issue, and when an approved refund is processed.

Final sale policy

All AETHER products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, personal preference, sizing preference, or natural variations in crystal color, texture, shape, or pattern.

Because our crystal bracelets are handmade and natural stones vary from piece to piece, each item may have slight differences from the photos shown on our website. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Exceptions: damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Although we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we will review and resolve the following order issues:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error.
  • An item from your order was missing from the package.

How to request help

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aetherwhisper.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the package, when applicable.

We will review your request and reply with next steps. If a return shipment is required for an approved issue, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label when applicable.

Refund and replacement processing time

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval or after we receive the returned item, if a return is required.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-returnable items

All final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete as described above.
